Yes, we offer suitable seating for young travelers, including baby seats, infant seats, and booster seats. You can select the appropriate option during the booking process, and we’ll ensure it’s ready and properly installed for your transfer.

You’ll receive a confirmation email shortly after submitting your booking. Please review it carefully and contact us right away if any details need to be updated or corrected.

Yes, stops can be arranged directly with the driver. The first 10 minutes are free of charge. For longer stops, an hourly rate applies based on the vehicle type: €45/hour for a Sedan, €60/hour for a Van, €70/hour for a 12-seater Minibus, and €85/hour for a 19-seater Minibus.

We generally accommodate luggage up to 24 inches (60×40×20 cm). If your bags are larger, just let us know in the booking form, or consider selecting a larger vehicle to ensure a comfortable fit.

If collecting your luggage takes longer than 30 minutes, please contact our office by phone, text, or email to keep us informed.

Your driver will be waiting for you at the arrivals area, holding a sign with your name clearly displayed.

It’s rare for our drivers to be delayed, but if you arrive at the airport or port before them, please wait near the arrivals exit. Any delay is usually minor and won’t exceed 10 minutes. If you’d like to check in, you can always contact us using the phone numbers provided in your booking confirmation.

If you forget a personal item in the vehicle, your driver will keep it safe and contact you as soon as possible to arrange its return.

Yes, cancellations are free if made at least 12 hours before your scheduled pickup time.
